Return & Exchange Policy

The Company offers a 7-day return/exchange guarantee for eligible products, calculated from the actual date you receive the goods.

1. Eligibility for 7-Day Return/Exchange

You may apply for a return or exchange if:

  1. The product has inherent quality defects;
  2. The product is damaged during transportation;
  3. The delivered item is incorrect (does not match the product you ordered), and the item remains unused/unaltered (without affecting secondary sales).

2. Exceptions to the 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return

The 7-day return policy does not apply to the following cases:

  1. Personalized or custom-made products;
  2. Products that have been used (electronic products are deemed "used" once powered on);
  3. Products with wear and tear on their main body, functional parts, or accessories;
  4. Loss or severe damage to the original outer packaging (excluding normal unpacking) that materially affects secondary sales;
  5. Products unsuitable for return due to their nature, for which you confirmed your understanding at the time of purchase;
  6. Other circumstances where the product is not in its original condition and cannot be resold.

3. How to Apply for a Return/Exchange

3.1 Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons

  • Submit your request via email to the after-sales service center within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • The product must be unused/unaltered and in its original condition (without affecting secondary sales).
  • Our after-sales team will review and confirm your request within 1–3 working days of receiving your email.
  • You are responsible for all freight costs associated with the return/exchange.

3.2 Returns/Exchanges for Quality or Shipping Issues

  • Submit your request via email to: service@mail.com(after-sales service center) within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Our after-sales team will review and confirm your request within 1–3 working days of receiving your email.
  • The Company will bear all freight costs associated with the return/exchange.

3.3 Return & Refund Process

  • Contact the courier company directly to arrange the return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Once the courier confirms receipt of the returned item, we will be notified to initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed and completed within 15 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.
