1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Product Descriptions

The Company endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information on the Website are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant or represent that such content is error-free, comprehensive, or current. If you believe a product received does not match its description, please follow our return and refund procedures outlined below.

5. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Website are final at the time of order submission, subject to payment confirmation. The Company makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but reserves the right to correct any pricing errors (including typographical errors or incorrect pricing due to system malfunctions) at any time, even after an order has been submitted.

If a pricing error is identified for an order you have placed, the Company will notify you promptly. You may then choose to either reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled, and any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Order Acceptance

When you submit an order through the Website, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order (the "Order Confirmation"). This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it merely acknowledges receipt. A binding contract between you and the Company is formed only when we send you a second email confirming that the goods have been shipped (the "Shipment Confirmation"). Only the items listed in the Shipment Confirmation are included in the contract.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: 

  1. a) The ordered product is out of stock, discontinued, fails to meet our quality standards, or is subject to shipping restrictions;
  2. b) Errors in product description or pricing are identified;
  3. c) We are unable to obtain valid payment authorization;
  4. d) You are ineligible to purchase under these Terms of Service or other applicable policies.

Our customer service team will contact you promptly if there is any issue with your order.

7. Delivery and Pickup

Upon placing an order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within this timeframe, but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

All orders are insured during transit until the goods are delivered to you or collected by your designated representative. Upon delivery or collection, you (or your representative) will be required to sign a delivery confirmation. This signature constitutes proof of receipt, and responsibility for the goods will transfer to you immediately after signing. If the goods are delivered as a gift or collected by a third party, you acknowledge and accept that their signature will serve as valid proof of delivery, and the Company’s obligation to fulfill the order will be deemed complete.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify its delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.

8. Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, the Company offers a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. You may return any product for a full refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason, provided that: 

  1. a) The return is initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery;
  2. b) The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

To process a return:

  1. Complete the return form included with your order;
  2. Package the product securely with the completed return form;
  3. Ship the return package to the address specified by our customer service team.

If you have lost the return form, please contact our customer service via email to request a replacement. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

9. Your Statutory Rights

These Terms of Service do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Hong Kong, which cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The opinions expressed by third-party sellers, designers, or affiliates on the Website are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from such third-party opinions.
  • The Company does not warrant that the Website or its Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that you install and maintain up-to-date anti-virus software and other security measures to protect your devices.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to bad weather, natural disasters, transportation delays, or technical failures. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain or restore the Services as soon as possible.
