2.4 Delivery & Signing Instructions

1.When placing an order, please provide a valid delivery address and contact phone number where you (or an authorized person) can sign for the package.

2.Upon delivery, please inspect the package on the spot to verify:

  • Integrity of the outer packaging (no damage or tampering).
  • Consistency between the received items/quantity and your order details.
  • Completeness of the packing slip/invoice.

Note: Do not open the product packaging before signing. If the outer seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse acceptance.

3.If you are unable to sign in person, you may authorize a third party to accept the package on your behalf—they must follow the inspection requirements above. Couriers are only responsible for delivering to the specified address; any individual at the address (e.g., receptionist) may sign for the package, and we cannot guarantee delivery to a specific person.

4.Order Modifications: For security reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

5.Undelivered Orders: Orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient or incorrect information will be held by the courier for 5 working days. We will notify you via email—please reply to the email or contact customer service to resolve the issue. If no response is received within 5 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a full refund will be processed. We appreciate your understanding.
